Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Solstad Offshore ASA ("SOFF")
on 23 October 2023 with key information regarding the right to receive
subscription rights in Solstad Newco in connection with the refinancing of
Solstad Offshore refinancing of Solstad Offshore (the "Subscription Rights") and
to the stock exchange notice on 26 October 2023 with additional information
regarding the Subscription Rights.
The shares in SOFF will be traded ex the rights to receive Subscription Rights
as of today, 30 October 2023.
