Reference is made to the Boa OCV bond agreement, the Boa SBL bond agreement, the Boa Offshore Unsecured bond agreement as well as later amendments, and the stock exchange notice earlier today with regard to the global settlement agreement entered into between Boa Offshore AS, Boa Shipping AS, Boa IMR AS, Calexco S.a r.l. and Waltham ltd. The settlement agreement was subject to consent from a simple majority of the bondholders in each bond.
The necessary consent is now given, and the settlement agreement is now final and binding.
Further notice and details with respect to payments to the bondholders will be given in due course.
