SpareBank 1 SMN (Issuer rating A1 with positive outlook by Moody's) has mandated Nordea and SpareBank 1 Markets for a potential issuance of perpetual Additional Tier 1 bonds, subject to market conditions. The bonds will have fixed and / or floating rate and a first call option for the issuer after minimum 5 years.
In connection with this potential issuance of Additional Tier 1 capital, the issuer will consider a corresponding buy-back volume, in whole or in parts, of the outstanding Additional Tier 1 issue with ISIN NO0010814676 (MING85 PRO).
