Arne Nypan, CEO at SpareBank 1 Regnskapshuset SMN has on 8 February 2023 bought 1,975 ECCs in SpareBank 1 SMN (MING) at the rate of NOK 128.90 per ECC.
Following the transaction, Nypan owns 32,026 MING.
