Reference is made to the stock exchange notices published 2 May 2023 regarding the registration of the merger between SpareBank 1 SMN and SpareBank 1 Søre Sunnmøre, including an equity certificate capital increase.
Due to an error in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, the new equity share capital following the merger was not registered simultaneously with the merger.
The error has now been corrected and registered equity certificate capital is NOK 2 884 311 800 divided on 144 215 590 equity certificates, each with a nominal value of NOK 20.
