SpareBank 1 SMN (Issuer rating A1 with positive outlook by Moody's) has mandated Nordea Markets and SpareBank 1 Markets for issuance of Tier 2 bonds of minimum NOK 300 million, subject to market conditions. The bonds will have fixed and / or floating rate and a first call option for the issuer after minimum 5 years.
In connection with this potential new issuance, the issuer will consider a buy-back, in whole or in parts, of the outstanding Tier 2 issue with ticker MING90 PRO (ISIN: NO0010830755).
The new issue and buy-back is approved by the issuers Supervisory Board.
