SpareBank 1 SMN (Issuer rating Aa3 with stable outlook by Moody's) has mandated DNB Markets, Nordea and SpareBank 1 Markets for a potential issuance of perpetual Additional Tier 1 bonds of up to NOK 300 million, subject to market conditions. The bonds will have fixed and / or floating rate and a first call option for the issuer after minimum 5 years.
The new issue is approved by the bank's Supervisory Board.
