SpareBank 1 SMN (Issuer rating Aa3/Stable by Moody`s) has mandated SEB and SpareBank 1 Markets as Joint Lead Managers for potential issuance of Green Senior Non-Preferred bonds. The timing of the transaction is subject to market conditions.
To support SpareBank 1 SMN’s CSR Strategy, the bank has developed a Green Bond Framework in line with the ICMA Green Bond Principles. With this framework, SpareBank 1 SMN will support the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
