SpareBank 1 Gruppen's consolidated net profit after tax for the 4th quarter and year 2024 were NOK 1.022 (65) million and NOK 2.262 (252) million, respectively. The majority's share of the consolidated net profit after tax for the 4th quarter and 2024 were NOK 528 (-254) million and NOK 1.175 (-168) million, respectively.
SpareBank 1 SMN holds an ownership stake of 19.5 % in SpareBank 1 Gruppen AS. SpareBank 1 SMN's share of SpareBank 1 Gruppen's net profit (to majority) after tax for the 4th quarter was NOK 103 (-13) million. SpareBank 1 SMN's share of net profit (to majority) for 2024 was NOK 229 (-33) million.
SpareBank 1 SMN has in third quarter 2024 recognised a gain of NOK 452m as a result of the merger between the insurance arms of Fremtind and Eika. The transaction entailed an increase in equity capital for SpareBank 1 Gruppen.
Fremtind Holding Group, owned 51,44 % by SpareBank 1 Gruppen AS, reported a pre-tax profit of NOK 1.170 (794) million in the 4th quarter and NOK 2.294 (1.160) million YTD.
