The shares purchased by SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge ASA in the period from 15 December to 17 December 2025 for use in the group's savings programme for employees, have been distributed to the employees 23 December 2025, at a price of NOK 190.8851. After allocation the banks total holding of own shares is 561,109 shares, which corresponds to 0.15 percent of the issued shares. As participants in the savings programme the primary insiders have acquired shares in accordance with the enclosed list.
