Reference is made to stock exchange notice dated 25 March 2021 stating that the Supervisory Boards in SpareBank 1 BV and Sparebanken Telemark have approved the merger of the two banks.
Today, 9 April 2021, the Norwegian Competition Authority has cleared the transaction.
The merger is contemplated to be finalised on 1 June 2021.
