SpareBank 1 Sørøst-Norge has an indirect share of 6,3 (5,8) % in SpareBank 1 Gruppen AS.
Fremtind is 65% owned by SpareBank 1 Gruppen AS. Fremtind's profit before tax as at 30 June 2023 was NOK 346 (706*) million and NOK 280 (525*) million after tax. Isolated for the 2nd quarter, Fremtind's result was NOK -19 (310*) million before tax and NOK 7 (233*) million after tax.
SpareBank 1 Sørøst-Norge share of Fremtind's profit before tax per 30 June was NOK 14 (27*) million.
