Sparebanken Møre has today ended its Buyback programme before end date as the maximum number of 10,000 ECC defined in the programme has been met.
This is information Sparebanken Møre is obliged to make public pursuant to the EU Market Abuse Regulation and subject to the disclosure requirement pursuant to Section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
