In connection with decision on bonus to employees of Sparebanken Møres, the bank has today transferred a total of 9,113 own Equity Capital Certificates (ECC) at price 420 to the employees. CEO is not included in the bonus arrangement.
Following the completion of the transaction, Sparebanken Møre owns a total of 22,414 ECC’s, corresponding to 0,23% of Sparebanken Møre’s ECC.
