In connection with decision on bonus to the CEO of Sparebanken Møres, the bank has today transferred a total of 1,143 own Equity Capital Certificates (ECC) at price 87.50 to the CEO. Following the completion of the transaction, Sparebanken Møre owns a total of 110,927 ECC’s, corresponding to 0.22% of Sparebanken Møre’s ECC.
