Sparebanken Møre refers to yesterday’s announcement about the issuance of a new Additional Tier 1 bond issue (“AT1”).
In connection with the new issuance, the bank has bought back NOK 222.5 million of the AT1 bond MORG43 (NO0010796154), at a price of 100,243, with settlement 19 May 2022. Outstanding in the market after the buy-back is NOK 127.5 million.
