In connection with decision on bonus to employees of Sparebanken Møre, the bank has today transferred a total of 91,376 own Equity Capital Certificates (ECC) at price NOK86 to the employees. CEO is not included in the bonus arrangement.
Following the completion of the transaction, Sparebanken Møre owns a total of 95,189 ECC’s, corresponding to 0.19% of Sparebanken Møre’s ECC.
