In connection with the banks remuneration programme for senior executives, Sparebanken Møre has transferred 4,731 own equity capital certificates (ECC) at price 87.20 to certain members of the senior executive group, excluding the CEO. After this transaction, the bank owns 117,731 (0,24%) ECC’s.
