As of 3 July 2025, Spesialfondet Borea Utbytte (2,451,891 equity certificates) and Verdipapirfondet Borea Nordisk Utbytte (171,583 equity certificates), both managed by Borea Asset Management AS, together hold 2,623,474 equity certificates in Sparebanken Møre, equal to 5.27% of the outstanding equity certificates.
The 5% threshold was exceeded on 26 March 2025.
