With reference to the notice on 15th of June 2021, Sparebanken Sør has today successfully sold NOK 1 bn. in Covered Bond with ISIN NO0011002529 (SORB31).
Sparebanken Sør have also bought back NOK 525 million in SORB27 (NO0010778954) which will be written down. New outstanding in SORB27 will be NOK 851 million.
Nordea acted as sole lead manager for the transaction.
