Reference is made to stock exchange announcement 28 November 2023, regarding successful bookbuilding and sale of existing equity capital certificates (ECCs) in Sparebanken Sør from Sparebankstiftelsen Sparebanken Sør.
Sparebankstiftelsen Sparebanken Sør, has as in connection with the sale of ECCs reduced its holding of ECCs in Sparebanken Sør with 23,102,027 ECCs. After the sale of ECCs, Sparebankstiftelsen Sparebanken Sør owns 12,693,220 ECCs in Sparebanken Sør, which corresponds to a 30.4% ownership ratio in the bank.
Each ECC carries one vote at the ECC holders' meeting, however no ECC holder may at the ECC holders' meeting vote for more than 50% of the total amount of issued ECCs by Sparebanken Sør.
