Reference is made to previously published stock exchange notices regarding the merger of Sparebanken Norge and Oslofjord Sparebank.
The merger has today been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises and is thus completed. Sparebanken Norge is the acquiring bank.
At the same time, an increase in the equity capital of Sparebanken Norge of NOK 91,773,425 has been registered, through issuance of 3,670,937 new equity capital certificates, each with a nominal value of NOK 25 and at a subscription price of NOK 112.22. All new equity capital certificates have been issued to Sparebankstiftelsen Oslofjord.
Following the issuance of the new equity capital certificates, the total equity capital of Sparebanken Norge amounts to NOK 4,332,185,925, divided into 173,287,437 equity capital certificates, each with a nominal value of NOK 25.
