In connection with Storebrand's share purchase scheme for employees, Executive
Vice President Elin Myrmel-Johansen has participated by purchasing 877 shares
in Storebrand ASA on 24 March 2010

at NOK 45,61 per share. Elin Myrmel-Johansen
owns 8491 shares in Storebrand ASA after the
transaction.
