Storebrand ASA: Storebrand strengthen the Executive management team

- Storebrand is facing an exciting period where new
product regulations give increased dynamic market
conditions and increased demand for efficient
operations. I have put together an Executive
management team in Storebrand to strengthen the work
with customer orientation and commercialization, cost
reduction and capital efficiency, in addition to
development of future pension solutions, says CEO Odd
Arild Grefstad.

Managing director of Storebrand Life Insurance, Geir
Holmgren (40) and Managing Director of Storebrand
Bank, Truls Nergaard (53), enters the group
management team. In addition are, Robin Kamark (48)
appointed as new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), and
Heidi Skaaret (50) appointed new Chief Operating
Officer (COO).

Kamark has previously been CCO in the SAS Group, and
has broad international experience with customer and
marketing management, within both corporate and
retail markets. Kamark will take position as CCO in
Storebrand October 15.

Skaaret has previously as Executive Vice President in
Lindorff Group AB and Managing Director in Lindorff
Norway. She has broad experience from the Nordic
Financial Services Industry. Skaaret will take
position as COO in Storebrand 17 September, and will
resign as a board member of Storebrand ASA.

- I'm pleased to have a competent and execution
oriented Executive management team in place. The new
organization is a step towards a more functional
organization model, where results and value creation
for the Storebrand Group as a whole is the main
objective, says CEO Odd Arild Grefstad.
