Midelfart Capital AS ("Midelfart") has, on 7 June 2017,
extended TRS agreement relating to 1.000.000
shares in Storebrand. The new expiration of the TRS
agreements is September 7th 2017. The exercise price on
the agreements is NOK 53,879 per share.
Midelfart's ownership in Storebrand is following this
Transaction unchanged, 3.000.000 shares. In addition,
Midelfart Capital hold TRS agreements with exposure to
1.000.000 shares in Storebrand.
Midelfart has, since September 2015, been represented on the
board of directors of Storebrand by
Mr. Håkon R. Fure.
