Drew Holding Ltd ("Drew"), a company affiliated with
Tor Olav Troim, has on 3rd November 2017 sold
forward contracts for 7,450,000 shares in Storebrand
at a price of NOK 69.45/share.
At the same time, Drew has entered into a TRS contract underlying
the same number of shares in Storebrand, 7,450,000 shares.
The TRS contract will expire May 3th 2018, at a price of NOK 70.1553/share
Drew's holding in Storebrand is after this, 2,550,000 shares.
In addition, Drew hold TRS agreements with exposure to 7,450,000 shares in Storebrand.
Including the TRS Contracts held by Drew, its total exposure in Storebrand is unchanged at 10,000,000 shares.
Drew has, since September 2015, been represented on
the board of directors of Storebrand by Mr. Håkon R. Fure.
