Member of the board in PSI Group ASA, Patrick Sandahl, has today acquired
12 000 shares in PSI Group ASA through his fully owned company Tenco A/S, to an
average price of NOK 9,3766 per share.

New holding is 12 000 shares in PSI Group ASA, 0,1 % of the outstanding shares.

Patrick Sandahl is also representing Dyvi Capital AS which owns 1 183 024
shares, 5,6 % of the outstanding shares, in PSI Group ASA
