PSI Group ASA : Termination of Market making agreement

PSI Group ASA has terminated the market making agreement with Fondsfinans ASA
for the company`s shares, and the agreement terminates as of 8 February 2014.
The agreement was in accordance with the rules for companies listed on Oslo
Børs.

The purpose of the agreement was to increase the liquidity in the company's
shares.
