PSI Group ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Sven Calissendorff, CEO in PSI Antonson AB, has today acquired 9.000 shares
in PSI Group ASA to an average price of NOK 8,50 per share. New holding is
31.000 shares in PSI Group ASA, 0,1 % of the outstanding shares.

This is a part of the stock program for the executive management, where the
employee gets 20 % taxable discount when buying shares in the company. The
shares were purchased through Oslo Børs.
