Reference is made to Techstep ASA's (the "Company") stock exchange announcements
on 29 September and 21 October 2022 regarding the Private Placement. In
connection with the settlement of Tranche 2, the Company has issued 29,646,040
new shares to the subscribers. The share capital increase pertaining to such
share issue has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business
Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). The Company's new registered share capital
is NOK 304,728,910, divided into 304,728,910 shares, each with a par value of
NOK 1.
