Techstep Launch Advanced Lifecycle Management Services to Transform Healthcare Mobility in Norway

Techstep and Sykehuspartner have entered a strategic service agreement to
deliver an advanced Lifecycle Management Service for the South-Eastern Norway
Regional Health Authority.

This initiative marks a significant step forward in digital transformation for
the region's healthcare system, enabling faster access to time-critical
information and improving patient care outcomes.  This new platform is purpose
-built to manage and optimise the full lifecycle of clinical mobile devices -
from simplified and streamlined procurement, tracking and distribution, through
automated and secure deployment, configuration, operations, and end-of-life
processes.

Developed through close collaboration between Sykehuspartner and Techstep, the
service combines deep healthcare operational knowledge with Techstep's expertise
in managed mobility.

This new agreement went live from 1 January 2026, with several hospitals and
thousands of devices being included from day one.
