CORRECTION: Receipt and acquisition of subscription rights by primary insiders

With reference to the stock exchange announcement of 18 November 2025, please see updated information below and PDMR forms attached.

Claude Jean, CEO of the Company, has on 18 November 2025 acquired 30,000 subscription rights in the Company at the price of NOK 0,1258, the total value of the transaction was NOK 3,774.00.

Yanick Fontaine, Executive Director Powder manufacturing, has on 18 November 2025 received 44,215 subscription rights in the Company with no price payable.
