Telenor ASA has on 12 March 2014 issued the following
bond tranches under the company's EMTN program:
SEK 2,300,000,000 with coupon 2.375% and final
maturity 19 March 2019
SEK 1,100,000,000 with coupon 3M Stibor + 0.63% and
final maturity 19 March 2019
Both tranches will settle 19 March 2014.
The proceeds will be used for general corporate
purposes. The bonds will be listed on Luxembourg
Stock Exchange.
Nordea Markets and SEB acted as Joint Lead Managers
for the bond issues.
