Telenor Group and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Richard Olav
Aa have today announced an agreement to terminate Mr. Aa's
employment in Telenor Group. Mr. Aa has been on temporary
leave of absence since 11 November 2015.
Mr. Morten Karlsen Sørby will continue as acting CFO of
Telenor Group. The company will now start a process to find
a permanent solution for the CFO position.
The Deloitte review conclusion will be announced at a
Telenor press conference today at 11.00 am CET.
