Distribution of shares to Board of Directors

With reference to the disclosure made to OSE on 4 June 2010 regarding restricted
shares as part of directors compensation, 4,800 shares (in total) have been
posted to individual directors' VPS accounts. The distribution of shares is a
part of the Directors` fee in accordance with the resolution passed by the
General Assembly on 3 June 2010.

The shares were distributed as follows: 1,600 shares to Dr. Collette Lewiner,
1,600 shares to Mark Leonard, and 1,600 to Bengt Lie Hansen.

Holdings thereafter are:
Colette Lewiner 6,100
Mark Leonard 7,100
Bengt Lie Hansen 1,600
