Stein Ove Isaksen, Senior VP Eastern Hemisphere of TGS-NOPEC Geophysical Company
ASA ("TGS"), has on Friday, 25 October 2013 acquired 1,000 shares in TGS to a
price of NOK 157.50 per share. Stein Ove Isaksen owns after this purchase a
total of 2,000 shares in TGS.
