OSLO, Norway (25 August 2022) - On period from 26 August to 1 September 2022,
TGS ASA (TGS) purchased 60,033 own shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange at an
average price of NOK 152.2323 per share. Following the purchase, TGS owns
305,033 shares, representing 0.211% of the total outstanding shares.
The shares were purchased in connection with the share repurchase announced on
19 August 2022.
