Oslo, Norway (20 September 2023) - Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by TGS ASA (OSE: TGS) (the "Company") on 18 September 2023 regarding the successful completion of a private placement (the "Private Placement") of 6.25 million new shares in the Company (the "New Shares") at a subscription price of NOK 152.5 per New Share.
The share capital increase relating to the Private Placement has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new share capital is NOK 32,820,114.50 divided into 131,280,458 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.25.
The New Shares allocated in the Private Placement are now tradable.
