With reference to the authorization given by the AGM of Treasure ASA (“the Company”) on 26 April 2018 for the company to acquire up to 10% of outstanding shares in the Company valid until the AGM in 2019, the Company has today purchased 1.000 of its shares at 11,90 NOK per share and now owns 1.450.000 shares, representing approximately 0,66% of total number of issued shares in the Company.
