On 2 June 2010 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee
Share Trust)  purchased 8 000 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 39.95 each. The
Trust now holds 22 619 Veidekke shares.
