On 24 August 2010 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee
Share Trust) purchased 10 000 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 42.00 each. The
Trust now holds 66 812 Veidekke shares.
