Veidekke ASA : Veidekke with new contracts worth more than NOK 167 million in Follo/Indre Østfold

Veidekke Entreprenør has during the course of the spring won new contracts in
the Follo/Indre Østfold region totalling NOK 167 million excluding VAT. "We are
very pleased with the contracts we have signed this spring. However, we are
still experiencing strong competition for contracts for both residential and
commercial buildings," says district manager Per-Inge Heen with Veidekke
Follo/indre Østfold.


New projects in Follo:
* Four bedsit buildings with a total of 241 beds starting in May for SiÅs
(University Foundation for Student Life in Ås at the Norwegian University of
Life Sciences). Due for completion at start of school year in 2014. This
comes in addition to the 254 student bedsits to be completed by the start of
the school year in 2013.

* Ås Kvartal 1, housing project for Åstorget Bolig AS (Veidekke Eiendom and
Urbanium). Starting in May and due for completion in June/July 2014. This is
the first block of a total of 3 blocks.

* New commercial building with workshop/warehouse and offices for Busch
Vakuumteknikk AS in Drøbak. Completion due for September 2013.

* Remodeling work in the production premises for meat production in Eidsberg
for Nortura Hærland. Work has started and will be completed in the spring of
2014.
