Veidekke ASA: MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

On 23 June 2015 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee
Share Trust) purchased 15 000 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 88.606 each. The
Trust now holds 73 810 shares.
