Veidekke ASA: MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

On 17 November 2015 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee
Share Trust) purchased 448 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 104.50 each. The
Trust now holds 294 321 shares.

These shares will be resold to employees in Veidekke in the share purchase offer
in November 2015.
