Veidekke ASA: MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

On 28 August 2017 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee
Share Trust) purchased 10 000 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 95.80 each. The
Trust now holds 150 806 shares.
