Veidekke ASA: MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

On 24 November 2017 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee
Share Trust) purchased 20 000 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 86.2891 each.
The Trust now holds 420 875 shares.

These shares will be resold to employees in Veidekke in the share purchase offer
in November 2017.
