Veidekke ASA: Contemplating NOK bond issuance

Veidekke ASA has mandated DNB Markets, Nordea and SEB to arrange fixed income
investor meetings in Oslo and Bergen commencing on 6 March 2018. Subject to
market conditions, a NOK denominated senior unsecured bond issue with an
expected tenor of up to 7 years may follow.
