Veidekke's subsidiary Billström Riemer Andersson Bygg AB has signed a contract
with ESS Group and Gillesvik Fastigheter at a value of SEK 170 million.
The contract involves new construction and renovation of Blue Hotel at Lidingö
outside Stockholm.
The project comprises an area of 8,400 square metres in total, and includes
complete renovation of 5,700 square metres, as well as new construction of 2,700
square metres to house i.a. new rooms and swimming pools. The project, which has
been planned in close collaboration between the customer and Billström Riemer
Andersson Bygg AB, is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2020.

Billström Riemer Andersson AB is a Veidekke subsidiary based in Gothenburg,
Sweden, with annual revenues of SEK 1.5 billion and 250 employees.
