Reference is made to the previous announcements by Veidekke ASA (the "Company")
regarding the share issue directed towards the employees in the Veidekke Group,
where it was issued 1,251,325 new shares in the Company. The share capital
increase pertaining to the directed share issue has now been registered in the
Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Foretaksregisteret). The Company's
new share capital is NOK 67,478,133.5 divided into 134,956,267 shares, each with
a nominal value of NOK 0.5. The new shares issued in the share issue directed
towards employees are expected to be registered on the respective subscribers'
VPS accounts on or about 20 December 2019.
