OBOS BBL (“OBOS”) has today bought 597,780 shares in Veidekke ASA (“Veidekke”), at NOK 114.00 per share.
Following the transaction, OBOS holds 25,028,220 shares in Veidekke, representing 18.55 percent of the outstanding share capital in Veidekke.
OBOS is currently a primary insider and represented on the board of directors in Veidekke by Daniel Kjørberg Siraj, CEO in OBOS.
